During your stay you can dine in Maximillian's Restaurant at the Holiday Inn Hotel located adjacent to our hotel. Fresh produce expertly prepared has given Maximillian's a reputation for delicous meals at any time of the year. We use the best of Scottish produce so you can enjoy a wide and varied menu that covers all tastes.

Maximillian's offers you the perfect location for a relaxing meal, complimented by a diverse range of fine wines for either business or pleasure. As well as our current menu available for you to download, the restaurant also offers a selection of Daily Specials, as well as a daily Table D'Hote menu..

For private events our chefs can create a special Table D'hote menu just for you.

Maximillian's Restaurant is open for dinner 7 days of the week, and at lunchtime during Sunday to Friday.

During days when concerts or events are on at the Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre (AECC), we will open our restaurant earlier , at 5.00 pm to accomodate your early dining requirements.
